Top Six Christmas Gifts

The count down to Christmas is coming to an end, but you may still be missing some great items. Here are my top six items for the little ones.

My Little Pony: Equestria Girls dolls:

This is Hasbros answer to a growing My Little Pony fan. My Little Pony: Equetria Girls is all about personal style with fun accessories. They are spunky and due to the use of bright colors, they will bring a smile to your little ones face. And since they are all about the music you can get singing doll too. Now your child can be the leader of her own band.

Kinetic Sand:

There is no substitute for the Kinetic Sand. This is an all time favorite of my daughters. It moves through your fingers smoothly. It stimulates your child's creative side and allows then to use there touching senses. This soft and stretchy sand comes off completely clean and dry. So there is no mess mom. And now available in varies colors!

Target: Circo Baby Doll:

There are so many baby dolls to choose from with a wide range of prices. While we love such dolls as the American Doll, it seems that the younger kids favor Targets Circo baby dolls. It may be because they are very flexible, easy to handle or just so cute. They come at great prices and style.

Mega Bloks First Builders:

Building a castle can be a fun experience. Mega Bloks First Builder gives the little ones confidence and can entertain them for hours.

Boba Mini Baby Doll Carrier:

I loved my Boba Baby carrier and I know my little one will love hers especially since she loves dolls so much. I saw my neighbors 3 year-old daughter walking around with her own baby doll carrier and I she just loved it. Such a hot and creative gift.

Fisher-Price Little People:

Little People sets are a classic and stand the test of time. We can all look back on our childhood and remember playing with a Little People set. They have not changed and it is time to give your little one this experience.

First Step to Losing Baby Weight: Pure Barre

Halloween is over, Thanksgiving is over and now we only have to get past the Christmas candy. How do you get in shape? First step to getting your body back after baby is being ready. Are you ready? I am ready! Second is to stop thinking of our pre-baby body. They are stronger now and we just have to make some adjustments. I don't have the luxury of time with two kids, so I have to make each workout count. So, I begin this mommy journey to getting fit and am sharing with you what works and what doesn't work. My first step is to Pure Barre in Woodland Hills.

Tip: Make sure to stay hydrated. we often confuse hunger for thirst

I tried getting in shape a couple of months ago with a workout video, but it just didn't work. I just wasn't ready. This time I need a little more of a push to get me going. After my first daughter was born, it took me a bit, but I bounced back quickly.  A lot of this was due to good genes, breastfeeding and lots of long walks. This time around, two years later, I am still holding on to some extra weight. I can't take those long walks because I just have so much to do and must get back home in time for nap time. Part of this I am sure is an excuse to just not work out. Pure Barre is what is giving me that jump start I needed especially now that the sweet holidays are here.

Three former students now teacher at the Woodland Hills location

At my first class at Pure Barre the instructor introduced herself to me and really made me feel at ease. She asked me if I had any past injuries and about what I was looking for in the class. Before babies, I was a runner. I ran three half marathons before getting pregnant, so I thought this won't be too hard. I expected some sweat and a little resistance from my body, but what I got was a whole lot more. Within five minutes into the class I realized that I was no longer that runner, that athlete or that woman. And guess what? I am ok with that, but that doesn't mean I am going to settle for this out of shape body. From the beginning I was pushed to my max. It isn't that the class is too hard, it's that I am working muscles I really haven't been using for sometime.  Each movement is meant to focus on different part of your body, mainly your core and your inner and outer thighs. Those are the ones I found challenging. And let's face it that is what most of us moms need help with the most. At times I found my legs shaking and really feeling the burn.

"It's a huge misconception that a pill will have any long term effects. A quick fix perhaps (with potentially dangerous side effects) but never, ever can pills take the place of a healthy lifestyle ever."
Marni Chaikin, Pure Barre owner

I will not lie there are at least three to four time that I have to take a breath. The teachers are so great and notice when you are just hanging on. They really motivate me, come to my rescue when I am not doing a movement properly and have kick ass music. I asked the instructors why teach at Pure Barre and what I learned is that three out of four were former student just like the one of the owners. This lets me know that I am at the right place. By the end of each workout, I think to myself, "I survived, great for me," and then, "I can't wait until the next time." I am going on my 8 of 10 classes and I may not look like Jessica Alba, but I am in better shape then when I started and that is what matters. Don't expect dramatic change right away take it one class at a time. Do it at your own pace. At this point I take one class a week and try to get some small work out during the week, and if I don't I'm ok as long as I make it to my Pure Barre class.
Marni staying fit as she prepares herself for
the arrival of her second child.
There are many ads  and even celebrities talking about these "wonder" pill. "I absolutely 1000 percent do NOT recommend any diet pill EVER. It is unhealthy and many of them have been proven to cause heart valve damage," says Marni the owner or Pure Barre. "The only ONLY way to maintain healthy weight and body mass index and a good physique  is to eat healthy and exercise. Period"

I contacted one of the owners Marni and asked her a little about Pure Barre. She herself like us is a mother and had the same issues after her first child. Though she was a trained dancer, she found she could fight those remaining pounds. She turned to Pure Barre and is now a proud owner of the Woodland Hills, Brentwood and Santa Monica. Here is what she told me about the power of Pure Barre:

1. You have a strong background in fitness as a former dancer. How did Pure Barre help you get back in shape after your baby?
In every possible way-Pure Barre focuses on women's' trouble spots-the arms, thighs, seat and abs. Doing pure barre 4-5 days a week throughout my last pregnancy helped me get back to my original size within 4 months. It's intense but super safe in that there's no impact yet you're fatiguing all of your muscle groups and shaping them in the most flattering way possible.  The bonus is that you're in an out in an hour and, as a mom, we all know how crucial that is.  Dancer or not-pure barre is accessible for every body and body type. If you can hold onto a barre you can do pure barre-no dance experience required!

2. Do you ever teach classes at Pure Barre?
Yes, all the time-currently I'm teaching 5-6 classes a week between the three locations that I co-own in BrentwoodSanta Monica and Woodland Hills

3. How is Pure Barre different from other fitness classes or gym workouts?
We're a boutique fitness studio. Despite the national name we are still a mom and pop shop- We know our clients and care about each and every one of them and their goals as do our teachers. You're not just another face or membership number at our studios. We limit the class size to 22 people which allows for maximum individualized attention from the's a real feeling of community and makes it so that when you achieve your goals at pure barre it's all the more significant because your fellow members, teachers and owners really REALLY care!

4. How do you find your other instructors? What credentials do you require?
Our instructors come to us from all over-sometimes from other pure barre locations and often times, because they are clients who have quite literally fallen in love with the technique-it has changed their bodies and their lives and they want to do anything they can to share their love and joy of pure barre with the world.  So they become teachers! First and foremost the requirement to be considered for teacher trainee is that the person must have taken at least 50 Pure Barre classes and of course, they must love Pure Barre.  We have people from all different backgrounds-some are dancers and pilates instructors, some are  nurses, school teachers, and run not for profit organizations-but they all have a love for fitness which shines through. We take them through an intense 30 day training program that includes learning about how to teach the technique, musicality and anatomy.  It's quite rigorous but that's how and why our teachers are some of the best around.

5. What do you do to keep your fitness gym clean?
Individually we have anti bacterial fitness wipes that are used at the end of each class to wipe down all of the equipment and mats and barres.  Additionally we vacuum between each and every shift and have a professional cleaning crew come in several times a week. People are always telling us how pleased they are with the cleanliness of the studio so I think we  are doing a good job on that front.

6. As the holidays just begin, what are some recommendations to keep the weight off.
Keep your fitness routine up! Don't give it up just because it's the holidays-you'll feel better if you stay in line and it'll be way easier to get that little black dress on.  With all of the holiday parties and temptations that go along with those parties-try and eat something light and healthy before you head out for your evening-some turkey, some carrot sticks, pita chips with hummus, some almonds…some fruit…anything healthy and with some protein..and be sure to drink plenty of water while you're on your way to the party. A lot of times we confuse dehydration for hunger so double check you're not just thirsty.  Most importantly-if you over indulge don't beat yourself up. Know that tomorrow is a new day and you can start fresh.

7. Do you lose weight and inches with. Pure Barre?
Oh absolutely! I've seen bodies slim and tone beyond anything I could have ever imagined. 100 percent if you stick to it!

8. How many of your instructors are former students of Pure Barre?
At this point I'd say about 70 percent of them used to be clients!

"My business partner and I love what we do and love sharing our love of fitness with Los Angeles," Marni tells me, "If you haven't given Pure Barre a try-remember that your first class in Woodland hills is FREE! So you have nothing to lose. Now is the perfect time to commit to a better you and carry that with you in to the new year. You'll be glad you did. We look forward to seeing you at the barre soon!"

Black Friday Warnings

No need to wait for Black Friday the holiday sales have already begun, but are they really a great deal? Just like your food, you have to read the labels. What can appear to be a great savings may not be as large of a saving as thought.

Here are some items that I found that were well... a bit sneaky. The main place to watch for discrepancies is Amazon. The vendors can sell items for whatever they decide. So don't settle for the first item you see keep looking.

Don't be quick to make a purchase. This Disney Glitter Glider Play set is only a $2 savings when you look at the fine print.

When you see any Frozen item you are quick to buy. What makes it more alluring is when it has the work SALE on it. Well, this Disney Princess Role Play dress when you look closely is only a $1 savings|. When you go on-line to look for another version of the Anna dress it can be about a $3 difference between two dresses. It all depends on the wording.

Target's Disney Sofia the First Doll and Dress is a great saving of $25. You save $14. Now this is a Sale!

This one has to be my favorite "what were you thinking" sale signs. It looks like a great deal right, but if you look closer it's a $.90 savings. It caught my eyes and of many other people because it was sold out.

Now I have found Amzaon really have vendors that more then double the savings. They've raised the prices on Amazon. You must be careful not to pick the rist item you see. The reason is that it may not be as great of a deal or worse it can cost you over twice of the original price. This Frozen Pinta alone at Party City cost $19.99 and the banner is under $6. The total for this on line ranges from $20-$55.99 they may include the banner and even the candy.

The Power of The Ollie Swaddle

I thought a swaddle was just a swaddle. Then I learned that it's more then that... it's a life support. For me it was a way to help my daughters sleep through the night and to feel secure. I've come to learn that it can address emotional, physical, and neurodevelopmental needs. When I meet the makers of The Ollie Swaddle I learned all this and more.

"My story begins when I fell in love with an infant named Oliver. He was handsome, and yet on the verge of being labeled "failure to thrive." Other foster parents struggled with keeping Oliver because he was difficult, struggling to eat and sleep. But I was in love, and so I began my journey to help Oliver thrive." -Hindi

The name of  The Ollie Swaddle came from a little boy named Oliver.  Oliver was in foster care and was dealing with many physical issues. Unfortunately, he was struggling to eat, sleep, and perform basic developmental milestones. Heidi was the foster parent for Oliver and had a background in infant mental health so she was awareness of the importance of swaddling. The current models of swaddles could not properly contain Oliver, so at that point she was inspired to create something that could meet his needs and contain him properly.

When I met Heidi I wished I had meet her when I had my first daughter. I briefly went back to work but, the issue of my daughter needing her mom was a key factor in our discussion for me to becoming a stay at home mother. During her time at day care, in 8 hours she maybe had 2-3 oz of milk and had little to no nap. She was as happy as could be, and she was cared by the best in my opinion. I was worried about the eating, but I nursed her on and off all night so that brought me comfort. A major worry was that she had little to no naps. I know how important a nap can be to a babies development. Once I became a stay at home mom she slept on me and was just so at peace. It took some doing and many months, but she was finally was able to nap on her own. I so wish I had an The Ollie Swaddle at that time.

'Benefits of swaddling: Soothing pain and reducing crying among irritable infants' - The Ollie

Oliver is a testament that The Ollie Swaddle can make a difference in a infants life. In addition to comfort the quality of the fabric is fabulous. Unlike other swaddles this one allows you to change the diaper with just undoing the loop at the bottom. That is what I always dreaded, waking up the baby when doing a diaper check. With this loop at the bottom it gives more of a flexibility when it comes to the growth of a baby. So no need to worry that your little one will out grow this swaddle. It swaddles your baby and more.

I asked. Hindi some questions about how  The Ollie Swaddle came to be and her is what she told me:

1. What kind of research did you do for the Ollie Swaddle?
I worked closely with Dr. Kiti as well as occupational therapists, pediatricians, nurses, and caregivers to determine the best swaddle that would address emotional, physical, and neurodevelopmental needs. We evaluated all current research and directly addressed issues to ensure The Ollie would be of benefit to all infants.

2. How did you meet Dr. Randell and what did she bring to the table?
I met Dr. Kiti several years ago when I was working for The Children's Network of San Bernardino county. We were working together to establish SART locations throughout San Bernardino county. SART specialized in working with drug-exposed and trauma-exposed infants and children from ages 0-5 years old.
Dr. Kiti has a specialized expertise in the area of pre and post-natal substance exposure and trauma. She is an internationally know expert in both research and training related to high-risk prevention and intervention. She emphasizes and facilitates moving from understanding risk to promoting resiliency.
Dr. Kiti truly brought an element of looking at all aspects of positive infant care and well-being.

3. You mentioned that swaddling helps baby's grown and gain weight like Oliver did. How does that work?
The Ollie promotes self-calming, self-regulation, and improves quality and duration of sleep. An infant being able to achieve the needed amount of sleep is both crucial and essential to restoration and growth.

4. Did you already have the idea in the back of your head that a better swaddle needed to be created?
Honestly, I did not have the idea in the back of my head. It was not until I was presented with the problem of not having a sufficient swaddle, that it occurred to me that something better needed to be created.

5. What were the first steps that you took to create the Ollie Swaddle?
The first steps I took were really evaluating the problems with the current swaddles and whether or not these issues could be addressed and resolved.

6. How long did it take you to make create the swaddle?
The process of creating The Ollie took several years. We went through a couple different prototypes and evaluated many different fabrics in order to get exactly what we were looking for.

As I look back , why didn't I think about swaddling my daughter so she could take a great nap on her own. I wish I had found The Ollie Swaddle then. It is amazing how something so simple can be your life line. Because, I could tell you when she didn't nap I went crazy. I am not saying that it will solve everything, but it is a great start.

Naartjie is Closing it's Doors to the US

This will be Naartjie's last Black Friday in the USA! I am completely stunned to learn that not one, but all stores in the United States and website will be closing by the end of the year, if not sooner. You may not know how to pronounce the name Naartjie, but you know the clothing when you see it. It's bohemian, comfort style with a mix match of patterns and a flare that is hard to miss. It's a great time to stock up on the clothes and take advantage of up to 50% discounts the merchandise.

I was told by a sales person at the Topanga Mall, Woodland Hills that they are just as shocked about the closure as we are. It all happened very rapidly. The company went into talk about what was to be done and it was quickly agreed that Great American Group (financing service) would open up the company to major discounts and liquidate of all it's 56 US store and website.

It was only in 2001 that Naartjie made it's way to the U.S after being founded in Cape Town, South Africa. Naartjie is like one of those cult movie favorites not big in number at the box office, but huge in fans. There are Facebook pages devoted to it's fashion and some specifically for swapping Naartjie clothes. Therefore, I am taken back to learn that all the stores will be closing.

Stock up on your favorite styles, but be a smart shopper! Know your options. The best discount are online with up to 50% off. The flip side to that is that they didn't have a wide selection of items, but dollar wise it has the best deals. Now the stores still have a good selection and still have the holiday collection to come, if they aren't in stores now. The discounts are not as great as the online prices with a range of  20% to 30% off, but they have a larger selection. So, keep your eyes on the sales. As the stores come closer to an end so will the big discounts. Do keep in mind that once an item is gone that is the end of that stock. They will be here on Black Friday, but there is no guarantee that they will be here for the Christmas sales. So, lets prepare ourselves to saying goodbye to Naartjie Kids.

My Little Pony: Equestria Girls – Rainbow Rocks .... Rocks!!!

Do your little ones love My Little Pony? Well, they will love the spin off, My Little Pony Equestria Girls. To get the full effect, check your local listings for the movie My Little Pony: Equestria Girls – Rainbow Rocks. This is not just a movie, it's a musical event with a message of what else, but friendship.

When a new all-girl band comes to Canterlot High, former bad girls herself, Sunset Shimmer fears they have their own plans when they turn a "Mane Event" talent show into a "Battle of the Bands." The Equestria Girls start to see that the Adagio and her band The Dazzling are poisoning friendships all around them with their magic powers of music. That is when they know they must call upon their old friend Twilight Sparkles to come to their aid and help them restore harmony once again. This time around it will not be as easy to defeat their nemeses. They have to look within themselves  to see that they too need to do a little extra in order to stand together as one for a battle of the bands show down.

My daughter, Abbey, and I stumbled upon the movie My Little Pony: Equestria Girls one day after a My Little Pony episode and just loved it. A bigger thrill came when Abbey learned she would be attending the movie premier of the sequel My Little Pony: Equestria Girls – Rainbow Rocks. It was a family event with my husband and our two daughters ( 22 month old & 4 year old). Abbey was just mesmerized by the movie while my younger, who is a bit too young to truly understand, only understood the power of music as she danced to the music. On the way home and all week Abbey told us all about the movie, as if she were the only one that saw it, just too cute.

As a mom I loved that she enjoyed the movie and understood the message of how important it is to be a good friend. Even more important is the message of forgiveness and not always being perfect. In the first movie Sunshine Shimmer played the villain and in My Little Pony: Equestria Girls – Rainbow Rocks, she is trying to prove that she has changed her ways. This has become my daughters favorite character. She is not perfect, but is trying her best to be a good girl. I loved the character and it just warmed my heart that my daughter felt the same way.

My husband had only one question... 'where are the pony's.' If you don't know the backstory to the Equestria girls here it is: they are the My Little Pony alter selves in a differnt realm, in a colorful human form with a love for music. In the first movie My Little Pony: Equestria Girls, princess Twilight Saprkle came to Equestria to find her missing crown that fell onto the wrong hands. While in Equestria she met a human for of Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Apple Jack and the lovable Fluttershy.

My Little Pony: Equestria Girls- Rainbow Rocks is a movie about girl power and the power of friendship. I would event call it a musical. I even found myself singing along and looking forward to each song. My 22 month-old had a great time dancing to the music. The movie combines a message of being a good friend by listening to each other through music. A definite movie to put on your little ones To See: list. It also gives you some ideas for the kids Santa List as your Equestrian dolls ca be found in your local Target and Toys r' Us.  If you love these dolls, stay tune for our upcoming Giveaway!

The My Little Pony Equestria Girls Rainbow Rocks soundtrack is available now on iTunes:

Kristin Cavallari: Wife, Mother & Modern Day Fashionista

It's not Laguna Beach or The Hills anymore for Kristin Cavallari, it's "mommy world." Kristin is that mother we love to hate for having such an amazing post-baby body after two children. In addition, to being a mother of two, she is a wife to Jay Cutler (quarterback of the Chicago Bears), shoe & jewelry designer, host of E!'s The Fabulist and is continuing to add a mobile platform to her resume. She tells me what are some of the things that help her balance motherhood and everything else that comes along with it.

Guest Co-Host on Access Hollywood Live

Kristin has been making the news recently for her post baby body. She shared with Access Hollywood, Billy Bush one major factor ... good genes. But she hasn't relied on just her good genes. She has a non-diet approach, "I think eating healthy is 80% of it. I’m constantly reading labels, and won't put toxic chemicals in my body." She went on to say that, "I never count calories… it’s just all about eating real food. I worked out until the last month of my pregnancy, and I did a lot of leg and butt workouts." It's refreshing to hear that it's not a 'I can eat everything and not gain a pound.' When Kristin eats out she doesn't over analyze her food. She makes sure to have a balance. For some, that may not be enough. We need a real kick in the butt to get us going. Kristin, admits to one of her secret weapons ... Brazilian Butt Lift DVD. "Funny name, but it really works," she says.

You've seen many pictures of Kristin in magazines wearing great fashion styles. As host of  E!'s The Fabulist she loves to talk fashion, has her Chinese laundry collection, has a jewelry line, Emerald Duv, that captures a beach feel to it and has guest host on Access Hollywood Live. If you can catch your breath long enough from this long list of things she is somehow balancing, you will see she is just added a new level of coolness. You can now say that Kristin is a true modern day 'Fashionista.' Kristin recently teamed up with DWNLD—a mobile platform that allows anyone with a smartphone to create an app—to launch an eponymous app that focuses on health, fashion, and more. She is low taking fashion to just about every level there is.

During her Kenya trip in 2010
She is no longer that little girl from Colorado. Kristin has separated herself from her reality tv persona. In addition, to her role as a wife, mother and fashionista has been involved in several charities over the years. This includes "Until There's a Cure" public service advertising, to raise awareness and funds for AIDS and HIV research and vaccine development. In 2006, Cavallari appeared in ads for PETA, was part of the NOH8 Campaign in support of gay marriage. In January 2010, she traveled to El Salvador for charity work as well as to Kenya to work with the non-profit organization One Kid One World.

I asked  Kristin a couple of questions of how she balances it all and some question you mother e-mailed me. Here I what she told MothersoftheValley:

Mothersofthevalley: Most of the time us moms are so busy getting the kids ready we rarely have time left for us to get dolled up as we leave the house. What are 3 must have things for a mom to wear/do when she only has 5 minutes to get ready.

KC: Klorane Dry Shampoo is amazing for in between washes, and it gives hair volume. I love Armani mascara, because it makes the eyes pop, and Revision tinted moisturizer.

Mothersofthevalley: You really look great post (2) baby deliveries! What are some of your fitness secrets you would like to share. Are you into juicing?  Yoga? What workout exercises/routines do you like to do? Workout Videos you can recommend?

KC: I think eating healthy is 80% of it. I’m constantly reading labels, and won't put toxic chemicals in my body. I never count calories… it’s just all about eating real  food. I worked out until the last month of my pregnancy, and I did a lot of leg and butt workouts. A great DVD that I like is the Brazilian Butt Lift. Funny name, but it really works.

Cynthia: Spending alone couples time is important in growing a relationship. What are some of you and Jay’s favorite date nights?
Wedding Picture of Kristin and Jay
KC: We just like going to dinner and having a glass of wine. It doesn’t happen very often, so we really enjoy it when it does.

MothersoftheValley: How long have you been organic? Are your strictly organic or do you try to eat as organic as possible? Is the whole family organic?

KC: As a family we try to eat organic as often as possible. If I’m cooking at home it's organic, but we don't stress about it when we eat out. I’ve been like that for over 10 years, but it wasn't until I got pregnant with my first one that I took it up a notch.

Lindsay: For those moms trying to move towards a more organic way of living what are the ingredients in food products that you made a point to eliminate?

KC: The most important ones are high fructose corn syrup, any food colors and genetically modified ingredients. I actually have an entire list of what to stay away from on my app (Kristin Cavallari in the App Store). It’s all about having a healthy lifestyle with some fashion and beauty mixed in.

MothersoftheValley: We know kids can be picky about their meals. What are some of your go-to meals for the boys?

KC: We got lucky with Camden because he likes everything we like. Eggplant Parmesan is one of his favorites. I make a healthier version that isn't too bad for you. He also likes salmon and loves veggies, so he’s easy. If he’s in a picky phase, we just give him a little BBQ sauce to dip his food in then he's good to go!

MothersoftheValley: What surprised you most about yourself once you had kids?

KC: How happy I am. I knew that I would love it, but I finally feel like I’m doing exactly what I'm suppose to be doing.

Kristin in Chinese Laundry Candence flat

Lucy:  We moms love your Chinese Laundry shoe line, but during the pregnancy we can be limited. What are your picks for the different stages in a pregnancy?

KC: Thanks! The Cadence flat is good throughout the entire pregnancy because it's comfortable and incredibly stylish as well. My Copertina heel is also really comfortable, and it comes in a million colors. It's a great staple shoe, not just during pregnancy.

Natalie: It's important to take care o
f our skin. What is your skin care regime? Must have skin products? Skin peels?

KC: I do a scrub once or twice a week… I like an organic one by Acure. I use vitamin c and moisturize. That's about it. I don’t fuss too much with my skin... it's sensitive. The most important thing for me is to wash my face at night even if I'm exhausted.

MothersoftheValley: Between your job and Jay's NFL job you must travel a lot with the kids. What are some of your traveling secrets to survive the flight with two boys?

KC: The plane is the one place where they can have/do whatever they want! Anything to keep them distracted and behaving well. That's when Cam is allowed to play games on the iPad. I also pack a ton of snacks, and I bring his favorite toys and coloring books.

MothersoftheValley: What are your five must have’s in your diaper bag?

KC: Healthy snacks, chap stick (cam loves putting it on and it will keep him entertained!), cell phone charger, lotion so my hands don’t dry out from washing after changing diapers, and one of whatever cam is into at the moment, so right now I have a little toy car always in there because he’s obsessed with cars.

Kristin is honest about what it takes to maintain her hectic schedule and that includes working out, healthy eating, having an amazing nanny and still learning how balancing two boys. I just love that. It's what I call "a real mom's, mom." Someone that doesn't hold onto the information, but is willing to share it with other mothers.

Will she be adding another member to her family? She has said that is the plan, just not right now. Will we see her on reality TV again? Probably not, but that doesn't rule out her being behind the scenes. I am excited to see what she is doing now and what is to come.
