Lifestyle & Health: What is your child's toothbrush hiding?

We normally change our toothbrush every time we go to the dentist office. That is about every six months or whenever the toothbrush looks worn out. That is not enough, especially when it comes to the children. I asked my dentist this question about my daughters toothbrush. He told me to do the same as I do with my own toothbrush. What is especially important is to change the toothbrush every time we get sick. This is most important for the children. With preschool and other germs out there, they tend to get sick more often then us. So, remember every time they get sick change out the toothbrushes. This goes for everyone in the household. Just a little reminder from us to help you and your family stay healthy.
